Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [giamcanmoingayy@gmail.com] with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item
• A description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer.
• Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.
